If you are a professional photographer and need an extra lens or camera body for an upcoming assignment, please check out our rental offerings.
Rentals are also a great option if you are a hobbyist going on a weekend trip and need a zoom lens or speedlight but are not ready to buy one yet.
If you are considering switching camera brands, renting is a good way to try out the brand you are interested in before making the investment.
Rental requirements
What first-time renters need
- For first-time renters we require a rental/lease application to be filled out, and a background check will be run.
- A pre-authorized hold will be placed on the credit card for each item rented, up to $1000, released once equipment is returned and validated.
- You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of rental, no exceptions.
- A valid Texas Driver’s License, Texas State issued ID or passport, and a credit card with the cardholder’s name on it are required.
- The person signing the rental agreement must be the cardholder — name on card and ID must match.
- Debit cards, prepaid cards and temporary bank-issued cards are not accepted.
- For returning rental customers, we will not place a pre-authorization hold on your card.
- Daily rentals are available Mon–Wed only and are due back the following day by 4pm. The three day minimum applies to equipment rented Thursday through Saturday.
